Claudio Bazzichelli
Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer
claudio.b@recoup.com
Claudio Bazzichelli—a jet pilot—is quite literally a high-flier. He was the first
to see the value in Recoup’s approach and helped develop the concept. A Cornell-trained
mechanical and aerospace engineer, he earned his business wings as a senior management
consultant at Accenture, and COO of AlidioMichelli, a fashion house with office
in Moscow, Milan and New York. Claudio keeps the Recoup train running on time, creates
fancy workflows and connects all the dots within the Recoup organization. When he’s
not working, Claudio can most frequently be found with his toddling daughter in
the park.

Gianluca Pivato
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
luca.p@recoup.com
Luca Pivato, technology entrepreneur by day and neighborhood volunteer by night,
dreamed up the idea behind Recoup while trying to invent creative ways to offer
online services to community-based organizations to help them raise funds. Unlike
the CEOs of most technology companies today, Luca is not an avid hiker, kayaker,
or runner. He works. He plays with his boys, including his dog. He spends time with
his wife. He keeps his neighborhood clean and safe. For the past twenty years he
has been designing solid technologies that deliver consistent value to his customers.
In addition to Recoup, his other company’s software is currently being used by hundreds
of corporations in at least sixty different countries.
