Lizzy's Lodge is a private, all volunteer 501(c)3 organization dedicated to rescuing companion dogs and cats who are at risk of euthanasia in area shelters. Animals, especially older, healthy ones, may also come to us for re-homing under special circumstances. Lizzy's Lodge brings these animals into foster homes and gives them a chance to get back on their feet; this helps to learn about the animal's temperament and enables to match the animal to a family or individual in a new home.

Lizzy's Lodge operates only through the generosity of their donors, past adopters and friends.
