    If we're unable to secure the desired outcome within 60 days of your claim submission, we guarantee to reinstate the claim credit to your account.

    How do users get refunds?

    Merchants, banks and credit cards always refund fees directly to the account where they were originally charged. No, you cannot "re-route" your refund to another bank, credit card, or account.

    Does Recoup guarantee refunds?

    Refunds and rebates are not guaranteed, vary on a case-by-case basis, and are the final decision of your financial institution and merchant. Recoup makes no representation that we will file a refund claim for any or all fees. We make no representation that we will file claims during any regular interval. The type and frequency of claims filing is at our sole discretion based on our experience and expertise with any number of variables including, but not limited to, your bank, your fee history, and past successful refund history.

    Does Recoup sell user data?

    Absolutely not. No personally identifiable information (PII) is ever sold, shared, or viewed by third parties without your explicit permission on a case-by-case basis.

    How often do we pay affiliates?

    Every 30 days. Affiliates are paid every 30 days from the previous month's earned commissions.

    How does Recoup pay Affiliates?

    Recoup pays affiliates via Check, ACH, Zelle, PayPal, or Wire Transfer.

    How much does each Recoup conversion pay?

    Conversion payouts vary based on the type of membership your referral selects. However, conversion payouts range from $10 to $56.

    Does my referral have to join and pay for me to earn?

    Yes. Your referral has to subscribe to and successfully pay for a membership.
